In 2010, doctors diagnosed me with two autoimmune diseases. One is called ITP and the other one is called autoimmune Hep. About five years ago, I decided to change my eating habits! I began to adopt the vegan way of eating. I cut out animal products. I stopped eating meat, eggs, cow's milk, cheese, etc. and I began to slowly replace those things with vegan replacements.
I also became more serious about the things I bring into my home and put on my body. I use plant-based, nontoxic items, which has proven to be most effective.
I also adopted intermittent fasting and I'm so glad I did! All these changes have helped me tremendously!
