Vegan Valissa's Way

In 2010, doctors diagnosed me with two autoimmune diseases.  One is called ITP and the other one is called autoimmune Hep. In 2014, I decided to change my habits!  I adopted the vegan way of eating and began to add natural plant-based supplements to my daily routine. 
I cut out animal products.  I stopped eating meat, eggs, cow's milk, cheese, etc.  I slowly replaced those with plant-based options. 
I also became more serious about the things I bring into my home and put on my body.  I now use plant-based, nontoxic items, which have proven the most effective. 
I also include intermittent fasting when I feel my body needs a break!  All these changes have helped me tremendously! 

At 61 years old, I have more energy and my mind is sharper than when I was in my 30's and 40's.  If you'd like more information about the changes I've made, the supplements I use, etc. send me a quick email and I will reply!
