Valissa is an ordained minister of the Gospel and powerful woman of God, ready, willing and able to preach and teach God’s Word. She has been happily married for 38 years and the mother of three beautiful daughters.
She is the Co-Pastor of Reaping the Harvest Christian Church in Garner NC along with her handsome husband David Moore. She is affectionately known by many as Pastor V.
Valissa and David are also the founders of Moore and Moore Ministries International.
She is an accomplished poet, author, teacher, preacher, evangelist, revivalist, conference speaker, songwriter, and Gospel recording artist called for such a time as this!
Years ago she began a weekly internet devotional called "Proverbial Moment" reaching recipients all over the world. Since then she's authored eight books and presently working on others.
Valissa has a passion for strengthening and restoring families but she also loves to help people begin to understand who they are and help them walk in their God given destiny by teaching them how to renew their minds.
Coming from a broken home herself, she knows first-hand how divorce and dysfunction can affect your life. She understands the struggle to try to please everyone else and being in bondage to people. As a result, she is committed to providing conferences, trainings and teachings, Bible studies, online studies, books, etc. to help individuals begin to understand their value and importance, so they can be FREE to be who God has called them to be.
She loves the Lord and is extremely grateful for all He's done in her life and for trusting her to be a part of this awesome unfolding vision.
Valissa loves to spend time with her family, singing, cooking, reading, sewing, writing, laughing, and helping those in need!
In addition to John 3:16, Romans 12:2 has changed her life forever. She lives by it daily and teaches others to do the same.
